Jobey-antique-shop undertakes to respond to any request or complaint made by its customers.

Our general conditions of sale specify the conditions for:

All orders,

All payments,

All deliveries,

All returns and refunds

Any product order placed by a buyer with “Jobey-antique-shop” will imply the final and irrevocable agreement of the customer on all the general conditions of sale presented below. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT (all taxes included) for France.

A. Order taking methods

A-1 The buyer can place an order with the Company Jobey-antique-shop and pay for his purchases directly on the site www.jobey-antique-shop.com

Or by phone on indicating the nature, quantities and unit price of the products to order, then communicating to the operator his contact details.

A-2 Orders placed through one of these steps presented above bind the buyer irrevocably.

A-3 The order confirmation will be made by the Jobey-antique-shop Company at the latest upon delivery.

B. Product information

B-1 The Jobey-antique-shop company presents on its website the products for sale with the necessary characteristics which make it possible to comply with article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides for the possibility for the potential buyer to know before the final order the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to buy. All our products are second-hand products with possible small defects that make their charm and authenticity. Please look at the photos before purchasing.

B-2 The Jobey-antique-shop Company describes the items for sale with as much accuracy as possible. However, if a description error appears on a product, the responsibility of the Company Jobey-antique-shop could not be engaged on this fact.

B-3 The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

B-4 All products are in stock but in the event of unavailability of the product or products ordered, the Jobey-antique-shop undertakes to notify its customers by e-mail.

C. Price

C-1 The selling prices of the products are expressed by default in Euros, in all current taxes including tax.

C-2 Product prices are subject to change at any time.

The sale price retained for the purchase of a product corresponds to that observed online:

– when registering the order on the Internet

– when registering the order by phone.

C-3 The selling price of the product is understood to be the price excluding any delivery costs.

C-4 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the products. The delivery costs are variable depending on the quantity of the items to be delivered and the total amount of the order. The buyer will always be informed before the final registration of his order of the delivery costs related to said order, and payment will be requested from the buyer for the total amount of the purchase, including the prices of the products ordered plus shipping cost. Thus, the confirmation of an agreement to pay for the order by the buyer implies that the latter agrees to pay the related delivery costs. The delivery costs cannot therefore constitute a valid reason for calling into question the order after its final registration.

D. Payment terms

D-1 All purchases made at the Jobey-antique-shop Company are payable only when ordering. No product can be sent to a buyer if the latter has not paid 100% of the selling price of the product beforehand, as well as any related delivery costs.

D-2 Either by bank card via Paypal, or by bank transfer (contact details will be given to the buyer) or by check payable to “JOBEY” and to be sent by post to the following address:

D-3 The Jobey-antique-shop Company reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by bank card on the part of officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment.

The Jobey-antique-shop Company notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially settled a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is during administration.


E-1 Products purchased from Jobey-antique-shop can be delivered to mainland France and worldwide either by UPS, La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost Shop2Shop or Happy Post for large parcels for foreign countries .

E-2 The Jobey-antique-shop Company undertakes to deliver any product within a maximum of 60 working days.

E-3 Delivery is considered to have been made from the date of the first presentation of the goods to the buyer.

The customer is obliged to check the conformity and the good condition of the goods delivered at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery slip.

E-4 Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, damaged parcel, broken products) must be imperatively indicated on the delivery slip in the form of “handwritten reservations”, accompanied by the client’s signature, or failing this within 3 working days following delivery by email to info@jobey-antique-shop.com or by registered mail to:

In case of breakage or missing goods, the customer can refuse the goods.

The carrier’s contact details will appear on the delivery slip or on the order confirmation or on the invoice.

F. Delivery errors

F-1 The customer must formulate with the Jobey-antique-shop, on the same day of delivery or at the latest within 3 working days of delivery, any claim of delivery error and / or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality in relation to the information on the delivery note.

F-2 The formulation of this complaint to the Company Jobey-antique-shop will be made in writing, including the order number and the complainant’s email address to:

F-3 Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release the Jobey-antique-shop Company from any responsibility vis-à-vis the buyer.

G. Cancellation clause

G-1 Legal guarantee of conformity: Jobey-antique-shop is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing upon delivery (article L.217-4 of the consumer code). This guarantee applies for two years from the delivery of the goods (article L.217-2 of the consumer code).

G-2 Products purchased on the server of the Jobey-antique-shop Company are subject to the rights of exchange and reimbursement provided by law, within 14 working days of receipt of the product. The buyer can use the following withdrawal slip: withdrawal slip.

G-3 When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company Jobey-antique-shop must reimburse the consumer for all the sums paid, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw.

G-4 The costs of returning products under the withdrawal clause are the responsibility of the buyer.

G-5 Upon receipt of the product returned by the buyer, the Jobey-antique-shop Company will send a confirmation of receipt of the product to the buyer by e-mail. This confirmation will clearly indicate:

If the product has been received and if it fulfills the conditions required to obtain a refund or if the product has suffered damage, if it is incomplete, or if the packaging has been damaged

The Jobey-antique-shop Company will indicate if it accepts this return (in case of refusal, the product will be returned to the customer). In case of breakage related to transport, the Jobey-antique-shop Company undertakes to reimburse the buyer. Photos will be requested from the buyer for the insurance file.

G-6 The Jobey-antique-shop company makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the consumer to use another means of payment and to the extent where the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the customer.

H. Data Protection Act
